So true…motivation is one thing, but if there is no implementation and execution, then there is really nothing to talk about, is there? Indeed, if a person in a leadership position can manage and team well and oversee the project correctly, then the possibilities are endless. Entrepreneurs must work at these skills and make efforts to implement and not only desire. Thanks Elliot.
Oh man… I’m really liking you for having posted this. This, right here, is why so many fail yet they don’t know why their failure came about.
I get so many people telling me how motivated they are, how confident they are, etc…
Unless that motivation translates into solid execution, things will not happen. This is an absolute must and should be noted by every entrepreneur. This also makes for great management: A manager that knows how to get his people to execute well will surely see results.
