Classhelpers.com (part 2)

classhelpers.com
I just wanted to update you all on my progress with Classhelpers.com – my little side project. Well, I took the advice of my friend Dan Marques, and decided to build the site as a directory/blog where students can search through various sites/articles that can help them locate class-related information…and, of course, read some great articles focused on students in college.

I plan on adding links that provide information on the following: tutoring, writing, research, homework, things like that….

For the backend, I installed the latest version of wordpress…which is perfect for me because the search function is already built into the system.

My original intention – as you know – was to build the site to “flip” for a quick profit to put towards my flagship service that I am currently working on, but I don’t know… this little project is growing on me…

But anyways…. If anybody out there would like to come aboard the project and jump into it if you feel that you can write on various subjects relating to students, college, classes, ect… then let me know and maybe we can work something out.

Because in all honestly, I probably won’t be able to focus much time on building/maintaining the site right now — I’d hate to see something with the possibility for success go to waste.

What do you guys think? Yes? No?

Keep track of series:

I said that? Thats great!! :-)

Best of luck with the new launch, let me know if there is anything I can help with.

Right now I’m trying to narrow down the list of ventures I am involved in so that I can really focus on the key few. I have way too many things i am either helping out with or that are in the works.

Look into interns! We just hired an intern off craigslist to do some article writing and things like that for us. They are getting a flat stipend and recommendations/letter from our company they can use for future employers.
