Every business team needs a fireball. What the hell is a fireball, you say? Well a fireball is that one motivated, driven, super-passionate, energetic, and absolutely crazy member who really keeps the vision going and burning.
This member continues to throw flames of motivation, energy, determination, and positive energy all over the place – nonstop.
Yeah…yeah…yeah… In a perfect world, each team member of a company would be just as driven and motivated as the next, but that is never really the case. It’s usually one or two people (mostly one person) who really keeps the fire burning and the flame blazing.
Each business needs one of these fireballs. Their existence in the growing company is vital to its success. Without that person who is there to project that type of energy and motivation, your team may be doomed; it may get cold and freeze over.
