Self Actualization is the Key

You can become anything that you want in this life, but you must live the life of what you want to become, you must be open to the ideas and problems of others, you can not limit yourself to only one way of thinking, and you must allow your strengths to shine through without holding anything back.

Dr. Maslow breaks it down:

“A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write,
if he is to be at peace with himself. What a man can be, he must be.
This is the need we may call self-actualization … It refers to man’s
desire for fulfillment, namely to the tendency for him to become
actually in what he is potentially: to become everything that one
is capable of becoming …”

You want to become a successful entrepreneur? Fine. But the only way that that is going to happen is if you are 100% confident in your mind that you can and will become one; do that, and you’re already halfway there.

So many of us have doubts about our futures and aren’t confident in themselves of whether or not they can become the person they want to be. Forget that. You need to become that person today, not tomorrow.

Success starts in the mind.

Wow, this is great advice. I never thought about it that way and I an example of the type of person you are talking about. However, I find it very had to stay focus and motivated. Any advice on those topics?

If you can’t stay motivated with something you are doing, then you should probably be doing something else. You need to find something that you really, really love and then build a business around it. Do that, and you’ll find success!
