POWER to the GEEKS!

Does a good portion of your life revolve around your computer? I won’t lie, a GREAT portion of my life is spent right here, on the computer. I love my computer. I LOVE the internet. I LOVE technology… and you know what… I’m proud to say that. Would many people categorize me as a GEEK… […]

Starting a business? Then start one!

Many people are constantly asking me what type of business they should start. That’s a pretty broad and open question, wouldn’t you say? Well, honestly, I really don’t know what type of business you should start.
There is no possible way that I have any right or authority to tell someone or even recommend to someone […]

Business Moods

I don’t know about you guys, but I get business moods. One day I’ll feel like I’m on top of the world with my business and how things are going, and others days I’ll feel like everything is falling apart because things just aren’t going my way.
I consider myself extremely determined, because no matter how […]

Don’t be a pussy cat

Ever since I was a kid I’ve always loved cats — was never really into dogs, go figure. Recently this smoky gray cat had a few kittens on the side of my house on Long Island. Since they were born all of the kittens have been pretty scared of human contact except this one brave […]

Every business team needs a fireball. What the hell is a fireball, you say? Well a fireball is that one motivated, driven, super-passionate, energetic, and absolutely crazy member who really keeps the vision going and burning.
This member continues to throw flames of motivation, energy, determination, and positive energy all over the place – nonstop.
Yeah…yeah…yeah… In […]

Beep….Beep….Beep….Beep…. Yeah, don’t act like you don’t know what that sound is… It’s the sound that we entrepreneurs have become all too familiar with: the alarm clock buzz (or should I call it the alarm clock shout from HELL!). If you’re like me, then you usually hate having to wake up super early in the […]

All entrepreneurs know what a successful business looks like: Positive Cash Flow. Or, for most of us youngsters, not having to work for someone else.

In the past when I started turning the gears on a new business idea I thought merely of how I could get it into positive cash flow, and how richly I could live. I found myself becoming demotivated pretty quickly, even though I knew the business had a chance and it would be a valuable service to its users and clients. I started questioning my lack of motivation, going as so far into questioning my abilities to ever really make it as an entrepreneur.

So when I started the business I am gearing up now, I did a little soul searching. Actually, I think it was more like my soul found me (that sounds a lot cheesier then soul searching for some reason) when I got an unsuspected gift. A little back-story first.

Crossroads of the Young Entrepreneur

You’re at your computer typing away and working on your business as usual; just a typical day living the life as a young entrepreneur. You glare into the computer screen and see yourself. You think about how young you are and how well things are going for you. Maybe it’s been a year or two […]
